Return of the Street Fighter (1974)
A stepdown from the first. Leans a little too heavily into training montages and flashbacks. The embezzling money plot is thin scaffolding, and isn’t exactly raising any interesting character development. His female sidekick/admirer was a nice addition though. It still has Chiba going strong, the fight scenes are entertaining if sometimes on autopilot, and the final showdown is adequately nuts.
