Queen Bee (1955)
Another murderous melodrama with a fantastic Joan Crawford as the controlling family menace. She has some resemblance with Ellen in Leave Her To Heaven, but with a stronger sense of self preservation and her character genuinely seems to believe that she does good, unlike Ellen who was clearly self aware pure evil. In this movie I mostly liked Joan Crawford and the ending, but the boy’s dream precognition was a bit off in relation to rest of the film.
