A Nightmare on Elm Street: The Dream Child (1989)
Objectively this is really kind of bad. Things stopped making sense long ago. There were rules in this franchise at some point, but those are just mainly ignored. The acting is bad and the characterization somewhat lacking, but the creativity factor when it comes to the set pieces is among the highest it has ever been. So much outright crazy stuff going on and the plot fades into the background, which I was totally fine with. Admittedely, there are also some weird mishaps with scenes switching from really cool practical effects quickly cuts to something rather terrible looking effect shot. A bit of a mess, but a damn entertaining cool looking mess.
