Behind Convent Walls (1978)
This was borderline porn. Premise is basically a bunch of sexually repressed horny nuns exploring their sexuality, breaking the confines of their strict religious environment. That premise is established to great effect by focusing on the senses, the naked body parts, pleasure points and the dreamlike state of arousal. Admittedly that was somewhat enticing at first, but as the film starts to drag after the first 30 minutes, it doesn’t seem to really have a lot more to offer. As an early inspirational prototype for Verhoeven’s Benedetta it was okay, but not more than that.
