Bandidos (1967)
This is directed by Massimo Dallamano who was the cinematographer on the first two spaghetti westerns by Sergio Leone and it shows. Action and fight scenes are well choreographed, scenes are well light and there are plenty of interesting good looking shots. The story is simple enough with a teacher student relationship, but not like in Day of Anger as they are more equal in a sense and have their own separate agencies and motivations. It gets thing going as a classic revenge story and all action scenes are generally well made and entertaining. It does however lack some in the character department, as I don’t find either of the two leads very interesting - just serviceable for the plot. Cris Huerta as the Mexican bandit caught in the middle of it all was great though.
