Django, Prepare a Coffin (1968)
Someone is actually named Django in this, and apparently Franco Nero was originally meant for the role, but we got Terrence Hill instead (who kind of looks like Franco Nero). This could almost be considered one of the official Django sequels. It also has both a coffin and a Gatling gun. While the plot sits comfortably within the well-trodden clichés of revenge stories, I think it has some unique and interesting additions. We have Django working as a hangman, but he saves the innocently convicted through clever means. And while the plot has the usual double crosses and betrayal, there is also room here for mistakes, regret, and forgiveness - traits that are not usually seen in this genre.
