Stoker (2013)

Despite not really liking Decision to Leave, I gave this a chance as it was highly recommended. Glad I did. First of all, it looks way better, with actually some warm colors instead of everything being cold variations of blue and green. The cool editing is still there with its creative way of constantly challenging our perceptions. It creates confusion, but the good kind that intrigues, not the frustrating kind. While you could say it is sort of twist kind of film, just not in the big massive reveal at the end. The twist is constantly happening right in front of you, just not fully forming all at once.
