After Hours (1985)
A night spirals out of control with unfortunate circumstances for this poor guy that just wants to get home. It has a vibe a little similar to Fargo though not quite as violent and sinister. The movie was generally funny and entertaining with one crazy scene effortlessly flowing into the next. However, the repetitive structure became apparent quite quickly and when you know that the next step will also go wrong, it was a little less engaging towards the end.
