Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003)
Is this movie really 20 years old now? Time flies. While it isn’t anywhere near the quality of the first two, I still find it a pretty fun action movie and definitely better than the rest of the following movies.
The story is uninspired - except the ending, Nick Stahl is a very unimpressive Connor and Arnold is just himself but somehow less charming. What makes this worth watching is basically the well made action scenes of pure destruction mayhem. In particular the crane truck scene in the beginning. Peak practical effects action. Sadly also made in an era of early dodgy CGI, making some stuff - like the endless combat scenes between Arnold and Kristanna - look bland and very fake.
