Day of the Outlaw (1959)
I stumbled upon this on YouTube and was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of this somewhat unknown black and white western.
The whole atmosphere in this snowy remote western is very eerie and full with tension. The threat of the gang, who is holding the little town hostage, might rape the women looms overy basically every scene. Great performances from Jack Lambert and Burl Ives as the leading villains.
